bananas are the best diet for any person.it increases the body strength. most gym trainers advice you to take 2 bananas daily.

yes bananas lead to weight gain but are good source of calcium so if properly taken it helps you more .milk and banana leads to weight gain isn't it?
Our elders says that one banana is equal to 10 eggs. Having banana is really good for health , especially for our digestive system
