To protect our self from pollution few tips for you:
1. whenever you go out try to cover your hair and Face.
2. Its better to use cooling glasses.
3. While going out apply cream to your skin.
4. Whenever you go on the road which is much polluted area try to cover your nose.
5. Due to pollution many our eyes effected so try to chill your ice with cold water whenever possible.
6 try to have water as much as you can.
7. As much as possible try to have food which is made in home.
8. Having fruits, fruit juices, and water will protect us from pollution causing problems.
9. Try to plant plants as many as you can.
10. Whatever you cook vegetables first wash and cook.
11. Before eating anything clean your hands with water and eat.
12. Use medicated soups for bathing.
