    As a doctor he had made a life time mistake he killed a famous person.

    He must be hanged in punished in public so the other doctors wont do this fault again in others cases.

    Doctor's responsibility may be simply for negligence. Negligence does not mean murder. So, doctor may not be punishable for murder. He may be punished for negligence only.
