Rise in Petrol, diesel and Domestic Gas prices. Is it justified?

The govt is thinking in terms of increasing the prices of all three oil and gas products. Is it justified to raise their prices now when people are already burderned with price hikes of all commodities?

I do not think its justified it painful for Indian public because there is no gain is salary but gain in expences.

Government always looks to increase rates but doesn't concentrate on how to minimize the rates.
