old people still take sweets after the food daily for maintaining their digestion. sugar is not responsible for diabetes and others.

Intake of sugar in large proportion is very harmful. Salt and sugar should be taken less in diet.

clean your mouth after eating anything. then there will be no germs in the mouth and teeth will be for more time

i think sugar is one case of damaging teeth. Even smoking, drinking tea or coffee often can spoil teeth. Prolong illness can also spoil them. Diseases like typhoid can also change the color.

Sugar definitely spoils the teeth but, intake of sugar is must for the body as sugar gives us energy. So, limited intake of sugar is always recommended. To keep your teeth in good health brush them twice daily.

I use less sugar in my tea and others.I feel irritated when sugar is beyond my limit.

The proportion of taking sugar should be in limit from our early days. It may become harmful as our age goes on.

To much of anything is not good and the same rule applies to sugar also. We should be careful about its intake or else it will effect our health adversely...!
