    no t is not applied at all means not eligible in all cases like in companies the technical skills are more considered then the soft skills so don't worry if your skills are not good as much just improve your tech skills.

    Tech skills are more important as it is been asked in companys . Everyone must increase and enhance their tech skills more than the soft skills.

    Most of the MNC are giving importance to softskills now-a-days. Though tech skill are important soft skills may be neede in long run for good communication.

    Soft skills are like the flesh and Technical skills are like the bones

    Both are inseparable !

    Now a days soft skills has more importance. Though if you have tech skills we need to have softskills also.
