actually killing is only illegal. So how mercy killing will legal?

Killing is not a good thing and merciless killing should be stopped in any case.

There are some cases when an individual prefers death to life. Recently, a prominent businessman in hospitality industry committed suicide in Agra. His both kidneys wee damaged and was also hurt in an accident. He shot himself.

Mercy killing should be allowed in such cases. When life means only extreme pain and dependance even for mere survival, life is a burden that needs be removed. Recently, Supreme Court held that mercy killing by way of passively removing life support system is lawful.

There are some patients whose brain is dead and are kept on ventilater, once the ventilater is removed the patient will die. In this type of cases where there is no hope

In my opinion it should not be made legal as it will misuse in many ways.

It depends on the person's situation.For some persons,condition would be better if mercy killing is done.

Mercy killing should not be legal as those who don't want to face problems in life will commit suicide .
