Very difficult to say.. But these days many of our social reformers wants youths are come to politics...But many of our parents, did not want to do that...
Transfer of active role from old to young is a continuous process in every area. There is no such thing as young taking over from old. Youth begins at eighteen and lasts till one is energetic enough. One may be youthful even at seventy and many may feel aged even at fifty. Thus from eighteen begins grooming of youth and none know when the seniors will quit.
Our politics is party based. So, the ruling alliance will have leader of any age who can give the lead. Congress is projecting Rahul Gandhi. He is around forty years. He will get a chance only if Congress gets majority. If owing to current scams involving UPA, congress loses power, NDA alliance of BJP will take over. Supose BJP alliance wins power for two terms, Rahul may get chance when he is fifty, which is decisively middle or advanced age.
