How to remove the bossism concept in an organisation?

Bossism is nothing but superiority or inferiority complex. This cannot be totally avoided. A system of more social interaction at different levels and more informal relation can check this.

Working well by impressing your boss then he feel he should not show superiority much with you and he love to be like friend with you. so most of his authority wont be shown on you as you are working well.

I don't think that we can totally remove it but yes we can control it to an extent by being tactful in our overall approach towards it...
