How to improve the conditions of Government Hospitals in India? suggestions pls.

Presently, the doctors in government hospitals also indulge in private practice. So, they do not bother about their official job. There is need to strictly ban private practice. There should be adequate stock of medicines in hospital stores. The hygienic conditions and patient care must be best.

It is necessary that the authorities check/ inspect the govt. hospitals frequently, as Mamata Banerjee, West Bengal C.M. is doing. There should be also advisory committee consisting of government representatives and citizens like Telephone advisory committee. These measures are likely to improve conditions.
