Do you agree with Narayan Murthy's suggestion make giving small bribes legal?

    The suggestion will open Pandora's box. Nobody can well define what 'small' means. For some, even ten lakh rupees may be small. The legal system takes care of 'small' and 'big'. The punishment for 'small' offences is lighter than the 'big'. The suggestion is ridiculous.

    it can be taken as initiative to remove the dowry system .by decreasing the size of dowry it can be finished completely from our society .

    Well, from what little I heard about this on the news channel, my impression is that even Narayana Murthy became so frustrated with all the bureaucracy that is unable to move a file across the table without paying some bribe, he made this comment as a taunt to the government!

    no, I wont agree, these small bribes will become big one day. so bribing is only bad in that small bribe is not legal. bribe is only illegal

    Bribe is a sin. No matter either it is big or small . if we don't stop small bribes . A big bribe can not be controlled then.
