I think that soul is nothing but the part of the brain where the memories are stored.It gets transferred from one life to the another and this is the reason why few people can remembers what had happened in their past lives.

soul never die. If we die with all satisfaction , our soul will goto god or else whatever is unsatisfied it will satisfy and then it will goto god then god will decide where to send our soul that is to hell or heaven.
