Every office should have a grievance cell for dealing with complaints on sexual harassment of women employees. Most organizations have such cells.

In most of the organisations, there is whistler blower policy and also prohibition of sexual harassment at workplace is displayed prominently clearly stating the meaning and types of this harassment.

One can report to the concerned authority or blow the whistle against whosoever does so even if he is a senior.

government must strict about it they a made a special jail for them.
This kind of harassment is invisible but it creates a lot of impact on individuals... Here i want to say one more thing, this harassment happens with men as well....
I think its depend upon boys or girl how they want to save himself from this . ....

The womens forum of the organisation should be given chance to decide the punishment.
