yes stress has become big past of our life, even we are in office or in home. it may be working person or house wife.

It is beyond doubt that stress has taken a toll in our lives in modern days and we need to know how to handle and manage it properly so that we cope with it for our better living....
Stress can be avoided or controlled by doing meditation daily for 15 minutes. while working if you feel stressful then try to talk to the people whom you like the most or try to view the sceneries which are pleasant.

Yes, with the increasing desire and in race to achieve all those worldly luxuries, people invite stress in their lives. We also get stressed when we see that our peers are happy.

Arise Awake and Rest Not till the Goal is Achieved.
If there is tensions then the stress enters in our lives. so for better life we should not have tensions then there will be no stress in our lives.
