Who said there is no affect on india as we mostly depend on US MNC our economy has got lot of problems but anyhow indian companies have regained the status though still US is facing problems.
No, recession has its effect in India also as all the export related business completely depend on that countriy's macro economic conditions in which the goods or services are being sent.
Due to recession in such country, the demand of our products decreases which hampers the profitability of that exporter.It affects the foreign exchange inflow and in turn the balance of payment.It also creates joblessness for those NRIs who are employed in such recession affected countries.
