I don't believe that it was a solo effort but I believe in the fact that it was the collective efforts of Gandhiji, Jawaharlal Nehru, Subhas Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh and even the common men and women who took part in the struggle and shaded a single drop for our country...

The leader of freedom struggle was obviously Mahatma Gandhi. British handed over power to the freedom movement leadership headed by Mahatma Gandhi.

I respect to all persons who involved in freedom for India but As per my point of view Gandhiji, Subhash chandra bose, Ajad and Bhagat singh contribution was superb.

Here the issue is who led the freedom issue or who was the main person. The participation of numerous freedom fightersand revolutionaries is commendable. But when we have to pinpoint the main person or leader of the freedom struggle, only Mahatama Gandhi can be so named.

We should be relevant to the topic and not beat about bush. Here the issue is MAIN PERSON IN FREEDOM FIGHT. So you must indicate a single person who led the movement. Many contributed to the freedom struggle but that is not issue.

I hold that Mahatma Gandhi was main person. If anyone thinks that some one else is main person, let him say so.

I don't believe in solo factor and very difficult to pinpoint a single person....hence it was a collective effort of our great leaders and the common men.

there was not a single person but there was community of a people which lead to freedom of india like Bhagat Singh,Mahatama Gandhi.Subhash chander boss etc. we can't say a single main person has given us the freedom rather than it there was a great contribution from many people to make india free.

Santosh. Gandhi was definitely leader of the freedom movement. Accepting this fact does not imply that we agree to all his thoughts and action. We may differ.
