Earlier It was jogging but for the last couple of years I have taken to brisk walking around forty-five minutes at any convenient time of the day...
I donot have time for particular type of workout. I leave for office early just after bath. I walk to the auto stand and again walk from road to my office. I donot use lift and only walk for short distances.

For the past 11 years, I was in delhi and there I use to walk a lot.Travelling in metro for office was also sufficient to skip any other phy. workout.Now in M.P I take out some time and go to the park of my society and roam around with my kid

My favourite way of working out is through walking. I love to walk everyday.
I wish to perform Yoga.But I get time for this very hardly.I also prefer swimming.

sleeping . i prefer to only sleep on working out.
These days people are living like a machine there is no time to do like this workout.. But i usually do my simple exercise and some yoga for my neck...
Earlier ,when i used to go to school,i used to do yoga,but now i prefer to walk a little a bit.

I too like walking but presently i have no time to do anything..becoming lazy :P :evil:
