Yes, I think most of the beggars are hoarders and they often found to be involved in drinking and smoking....

thats why we need to justify whether the beggar is real beggar or cheater by seeing we can make it out

helping only those beggars which are really helpless . we should help them because they can't do anything to survive just like really blind beggars or handicapped beggars.

I agree with you Isha. We should help the beggars who are physically challenged but we should never encourage the beggars who are well but begging.
