Is training necessary for a person who enters into a job?

It depends on the nature of work one has to perform. But training is always beneficial. If the person is well trained in the same work they may not require the same amount of training.
This depends on job. Every establishment is unique. It is often necessary to get some training inclusive of organization setup, job processes, role of different branches and personnel and their inter relation and finally the new entrant's status and role in organization, rules of conduct, time schedule and employee benefits like leave, holiday, bonus.

Training gives us added advantage but i think a basic knowledge about the job is needed for most of the jobs.
Training is not necessary for all type of jobs. But it`s necessary for skill based jobs……..
Training is required if person is fresher otherwise experience person means already trained that is the reason companies prefer experienced person.

It is compulsory to get trained in some types of jobs inorder to avoid mistakes and errors which maybe risky.

Training is something, a person needs if a person don't have enough knowledge of the work he is supposed to do. So,at this situation training is very necessary.

Yes I do believe in the fact that training is necessary in all kinds of job and perhaps it gives one the knowledge about the job and about ones personal role in the job. That's the reason we see in most of the multinational and national companies they provide training to the employees either paid or unpaid, either experienced or not and really it is such a vital part for any employee to know the nature of the job and in turn about the organization...
