If you ever get an opportunity to be a president of our country what problems or matters you would like to work on first and why?

    According to our constitution the prez is the ceremonial head of the executive establishment. I won't crave for such lame duck roles!!

    If i get an opportunity to be a president, I would try to work on almost all the matters one by one

    Interestingly unlike in the West where young prsidents hold office India always go for people well past their prime for president's office!!

    Being President does not enable you to solve any problem. The only role of President is to appoint lader of the majorityparty or alliance as Prime Minister and thereafter sign proclamations as adviced by Union cabinet. President has no personal discretion and is just a decorative post. Hence, there is no question of fixing priorities. This is job of Union Cabinet headed by Prime Minister.
