IPL4 is the entertaining one becoz at last stage of game 4 Playoff team is not decided yet...so its very interesting competition now...

I'm a little bit confuse while answering your question..!! IPL 4 is a mixture of 3 points that you mentioned, or i would say the last point has little weightage than the above two.

I think the rating went down mainly because of overdose, but with few games left it will be more entertaining..

It is somewhat entertaining considering the fact that the matches are played in the shorter twenty-twenty version and as things are moving towards the finals things are really hotting up and many of us would find ourselves glaring in front of the tv screens...
