    What is peculiar about anna Hazare. There is nothing Gandhian about him. He is a whimsical, dictatorial and sceptical of parliamentary system. Here is more about him. There is a sort of rorschach affect about him. Our middle class, film pesonalities etc are lazy to participate in voting and also to think deeply. They will welcome anyone who comes with some dramatic move. This explains momentary popularity of Hazare that is fading.

    Eminent film personality and intellectual Mahesh Bhatt has expressed the view that anna Hazare is authoritarian and also has communal leanings. To support him in name of fighting corruption is over simplifying issues. Anna Hazare seeks mechanism to enquire into and punish and not ways and means to remove its causes.

    His hobby is reading.He started his career in the Indian Army as a driver.He was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1992.

    Some interesting facts indeed.Anna Hazare has managed to encourage us to fight for a clean system.All of us are victims of corruption.Its unfortunate to see how deep rooted corruption is and overwhelming to see public being proactive now.

    Paradoxically, the 'proactive' members of Hazare team like Bhushans are no less corrupt. Even Hazare's own NGO is involved in irregularities. In fat corruption is deep rooted. You have to analyze the causes, remove these for ending corruption. Hunger strike and pious lectures mean nothing. The so called 'Proactive' participators in Operation Hazare' include many film personalities who demand part of their remuneration 'in cash' so as to avoid income tax and generator 'black money'. Which 'public' is 'proactive'. This is a scenario of thief shouting thief.

    Anna Hajare was to attend a meeting on Lucknow University campus. This was cancelled and there was some resentment in University staff.

    It is reported that doctors have advised Anna Hajare not to remain hungry and eat regularly. He is also advised more rest. Now Hajare must restrain himselfat least for his own health. He has given enough encouragement for removing corruption and strong Lok Pal Bill. Now others will do this while he takes rest.

    Where do these ideas come from. Hazare has said or done nothing about strong nation or war, army etc. He was in army but this has nothing to do woth his mission.

    All that he has done is to lead a movement for Lok Pal Bill, which is expected to impartially probe corruption cases on complaints. Nothing else.

    The trusts promoted by Gandhian Hazare are not true to public trust. How far, his group will protect peoples' trus in joint panel on LoK Pal should be interesting. Is this not really an exercise to sidetrack various scams.
