    The facts about Anna Hazare are inspiring. As an ex driver in the army, his role in post retirement period is inspiring. He takes untiring interest for public cause. He will definitely be successful in instituting a Lok Pal. But it is doubtful that mere appointment of a Lok pal can remove corruption.

    Anna Hazare distrusts voters' honesty in proper exercise of the vote. But there is no way to change system except through vote. Voters have also used their voting power for better in Bihar recently. They even punished Indira Gandhi for emergency excesses. C.P.I. (M) slamd Hazare for his disdain for voters.

    The proposed Lok pal Bill has a limited value. Most of the piblic related projects are executed by state governments. These will be outside scope of Lok Pal.
