I think this is because members try to add up points only at the end of the month to reach the threshold of 2000 points.

I think earning point is not a reason. I seen that member participation on Saturday decreased that may be on reason.

Friends our rank is improving in a faster way.
I think forum and games may be the reason.
Just think only one part can improve our rank by participating of 30-40 members then if 100 members will work everyday then what will happen to this site at different features.
