    Yoga is useful but not only way. U.S. army has introduced Yoga but Indian army has not. Even then Indian soldiers work better than U.S. counterparts. It is the mental framework and morale that matters more.

    Yoga is very much benificial to people in all profession and age . It's good that Army is getting Yoga training . This will help those people to perform better in adverse situations.
