as i have posted two articles but i dont know still it has been published or not, also if its rejected dont know whats the reason for it. if its still pending can i see it anywhere, if i know the resons it will be easy for me to correct it in the articles i post in future

Click on Earnings tab at the left side of the screen. On that page click on My Articles tab. You will see the status of your articles, whether Published or Rejected on that page. If rejected, the reason will be given next to the comment Rejected.

That's correct and what Kalyani has mentioned would have really solved your issue. If not you can send a PM to the moderator and he will help you clearly or let you what was the issue.
First kindly correct the spelling of weather with Whether.
Yes what kalyani told is correct way to know the status of your article..If its approved you will see cash credits and approved status..or else if rejected you may edit and resubmit it..
