with in the last month there is almost a difference of 14,000 ranks...that is huge..
there has to be a way to interpret the new algorithm..

Obviously the reason is lack of consistency in quality and whenever it has been consistent the site is rewarded with improved ranking!

It's something for boddunan administration to take care of, but my humble opinion whenever the quality quotient in the form of posts or article has been there it has always translated into higher traffic and resultant improvement in ranking.
