I think what he said is applicable to normal people who perform yoga occasionally.but releif is really coming through yoga so both demerits and merits are to be considered. :)
I cannot believe this article.My father is practicing yoga for a very long period of time and he had never complained of knee joint pain.
both the cases are to be believed,as if the yogo is performed according to the system peacefully then there will be no problem.But if they performed irregularly with difficulties then these kind of knee probs and many more probs occur.Not only yoga, Anything we do, should be according to the system or plan.then only there will be good results.
