Ya veg food is always better than nonveg food . Atleast we are not killing any life to eat .

Now it is scientific proof that vegetarianism is very healthy for all. People can give any number of logics for their affection for non-veg food. But you can't ignore scientific studies and proofs.

There are different types of vegetarians we find around us like 1)those who never eat meats of some animals,2)those who eat only fish and dairy products,3)those who don't eat any fish or meat but eat eggs and 4) those who eat only fruits.

Advantages of veg foods are easy to digest, cheaper, could be eaten raw and does not contain fat.

Advantages of non-veg foods are rich in protein and vitamin B complex especially B 12 which is not available in plant foods, fishes are rich in calcium and egg whites are good source of protein and easy to digest...
Is milk vegetarian. Any thing obtained from animals is not vegetarian. Milk is also a sort of non vegetarian food. Vegetarian are only vegetables, food grains, pulses, dry fruits and fruits that are obtained from agriculture.

Ajay has given comprehensive benefits of vegetarian and non veg food. He has omitted milk totally. His post would be more useful if milk were also included therein.
