So can we copy from Internet Explorer browser from now

Copying contents from any web sites is not allowed. But it is permissible to quote any contents as part of article. Verbatim copying by posing as self written is not permitted.

I havent understood any thing what Sumit is talking about..but yes copying is not allowed now anywhere..

I am not getting about the rules. Is it copying a small to the article from internet is allowed or whole part can be copied?
