It is easier to say yes than no. many are hesitant to say no. But it is not feasible to always say yes. See below for tips to say NO when so necessary.

That is why we need to learn the art of saying NO. We can't always say YES but we are hesitant to say NO. Saying NO without offending is a fine art that needs to be mastered.
