What is this 'Karma' written on the right side of every discussion ? Is it one's rating here or is it dependent upon points accumulated ? :dry: :dry:

Karma is neither rating nor dependent on points. This is measure of popularity among members. One may add Karma by clicking the green and minus karma by clicking red button besides karma.
To illustrate, I am going to add your karma. This will be '1' after this.

I request members to be more active in giving or taking karma in a sincere manner without favor or prejudice.

You are not unpopular. Many of our members are not bothered about karma and so do not give or take. You would have noticed that your karma is now '1'. This is because i have added this for your experience. Although I have told you, normally this is secret and you do not know who has added to karma. I also do not normally disclose this. I have now 5 karma. I do not know how these come. Some would have given Plus and others minus. But the result is plus 5.
