I will suggest drink Purified water...

And visit doctor if any symptom seen.....
I suggest not to eat roadside food like panipuri's etc..
Hmm --- If having kids at home; keep the rooms warm to avoid unnecessary illness with the kids.... :)
Make sure that the drinking water is from a pure source. That is all.
Avoid flies and insects to contaminate food by covering food with net or food wrap..
Some important tips :

First tip the most important : Don't drink water!
Don't take bath by using water. Air bath is sufficient!!
Don't consume the food items which contain water.
Don't even touch water!
Don't get wet in rain! Because on earth rain contains water.

Whatever precautions taken there will be some diseases to come and go.Let them come and go!But the precautions will reduce severeness of the diseases.
I like Kumaresh's tips!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Instead of water drink beer because alcohol kills all germs!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Cover all your windows with screens to keep away mosquitoes and flies and lock yourself inside the house!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Just drink boiled water and carry the same along at place of work too.
Water borne diseases kill a child every 15 sec
Every 15 seconds, a child dies from a water-related disease. At any given time, half of the world's hospital beds are occupied by patients suffering from a water-related disease.

In India, Diarrhea alone causes more than 1,600 deaths daily. It is the same as eight 200-person jumbo-jets crashing to the ground each day.

Worldwide, 1.8 million children die each year from diarrhea - 4,900 deaths each day. Every year more than 5 million people die of illnesses linked to unsafe drinking water, improper excreta disposal and unclean domestic environments. Estimates say that 21 per cent of communicable diseases in India are related to unsafe water.
use filtered and boiled water...............wash all vegetables and fruits properly before consuming...........

keep your surrounding clean and maintain hygiene............
The parents should also make sure that their little ones do not savour unknown “banned” brands of ice-creams,chat, bakery foods besides chole kulchas being sold outside the schools. “It is for their safety,”
Prevent drinking water outside. Always try to carry a waterbottle. If possible install a RO water purifier/at least use boiled water..
