Passing any resolution will not help Kashmiri Pundits in any way, as previous governments have given special rights to the state. Not only in Kashmir, common law should be made effective in all states of the country irrespective of religion or state. All should be dealt same, and every one will be allowed to settle and live in any part of India.
All the Kashmiri leaders hold on to this special status and recently Omar Abdullah another dynasty leader was threatening , saying that he wd never ever support any move to do away with it. In fact it is his gang that hasdone the maximum damage to the valley through their double dealings

Yes it is right. When J&K government have not any control on separatist than such of resolution is worthless and meaning less. I read few day ago that people of Jammu and Ladakh are demanding separate state.

All government of J&K since Independence focus of Kashmir region. Every problem born with its solution. It may be solved. Government must be removed section 370 from Jammu region so people from other state of country can be settled there.

Who will ensured. It is not possible to depute security guards for each and every person. In these day villagers of Kashmir begins guarding terrorist when security force encountred with them.

It is question in my mind that situation inJ&K is worst at this time when common citizen of Kashmir helping terrorist openly, what will happen if government removed section 370?

So far all govts held back from removing sec 370 because they did not want to go against minorities. But I ask does the nation comes first ? If so why will minorities be upset at setting things right in their own.country..If they get upset ,they have no right to be the citizens of this country.
Most probably, the Kashmiri pandits have settled in various parts of India. Many of the new generation Kashmiri Pandits might have not even been born in Kashmir. This is similar So is refugees from present West Pakistan. Generations have changed. At this stage any talk of rehabilitation is futile. For example, Anupam Kher- a Kashmiri was actually educated in Simla. He is well settled and need not be rehabilitated in Kashmir.

Most of country of the world have one religion but India have many religion, so it is not possible here that is possible in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Citizen of Pakistan and Bangladesh who are belongs to religion other than Islam are second grade citizen. But in in India they are special citizen.

Big difference between refugees from present West Pakistan and migrated people from Kashmir. Kashmir is state of India. It may be true that Kashmiri Pandits are not interested in settled back in Kashmir but they are interested in property which they left there.

You are absolutely right ! Most Indians want to gloss over issues that concern minorities and that is precisely why they tend to sit on our heads or else how do they have the ghuts to call the shots. One can only blame , we all know who ..

Those Kashmiri Pandits who settled outside Kashmir, should better stay outside only. The present Kashmir is not that Kashmir, which used to be a Heaven or Zannat.
