Good suggestions are given in the link. Following these suggestions one can make his/her life better.

The moral is, if you want to be happy in later years, build a firm foundation right now.

 

For a stronger building, the base should be strong. To get profits later, we should start investing now and make our base strong.

True. We should not be carried away by complacency. The thinking "Oh, there is a lot of time. I can turn my attention when the time arrives." should be erased from the mind.

 

We should not forget about past and future for present. Some people say don't think about future, live in present, but in times our future will be our present at that time. So past, present and future all are important for us.

True. All are important. But thinking about future plans is not a bad idea. It is a bad idea if we think about the future while forgetting the present. Anyhow all the three past, present and future should be balanced.

 

Tue. We should not forget our present for future plans, and should not spoil our present due to mistakes done in past. We should take corrective steps to redress the mistakes done in past and make future plans, so that we will never repeat those mistakes done in past. So balancing past, present and future makes our life simple and better.

Well said. It is our life. We should direct all our efforts to make it blissful and happy life.

  3. Take care of your relationship.
  4. Meditation which gives good health and mental strength.
  5. Leave out your bad habits.

One needs to work hard and acquire skills till age of thirty years. Then hard and skilful work becomes a routine exercise. This is helpful entire life. 

Very true . An investment now will lead to a happy life afterwards especially in the later years of life.

 

In old age good health has far more value than wealth, so good habits at thirty will help in later life.

Point no 1 is the most important also financial stability to a great extent...As far as bad habits are considered , other than being criminal or a cheat the rest depends on ones own perception as to what is bad and what is good or tolerable..

For health as well as money, the formative years viz childhood to thirty years matter most. You can't build either health or make money in  in old age. |What you did when young matters. . 

 

 

exactly. We need to get prepared for later year life in the early stages of life where in one can have enough strength and stamina to build life that is useful in the later years.

 

30 is the time when we begin an important phase in our life. If we are conscious about our future at this stage and live in a planned way, it will definitely benefit in a later stage. Our foresightedness and discipline make all the difference.
