This is correct. No planning is likely to result in failure.  Planning will give success. 

Planning as you said makes your job much easier. because a good planner visualizes them beforehand. This makes your job much easier.

Planning is a very essential part of living...Unless we plan we will not be able to get the maximum result for our efforts. It need not be an elaborate operation or preparation but a few concrete steps even in our day today dealings which helps you getting your job done more efficiently with less chance of failure...

A plan is most of times successful if it is good. Just before going to sleep acknowledge success what you have achieved through out day's time, then review your plans and constitute actions for next day. 

It must be good. If after planning some cases fail. there is something wrong with planning itself.

Not necessarily. sometimes plan needs be reviewed for adjudtment of any changes. For example, you have planned for child's school fee and other expenses. Meanwhile you get information that some guest is coming. If you do not revise plan for providing for guest expenses,m initial plan will fail.

Thats where destiny plays a hand ...It is like a pond where throwing stone causes ripples when there are so many people involved some unforeseen ripple is bound to clash into ours and change its course, so we need to be prepared for such an event.However, under the normal circumstances planning and preparing helps ..
