Wow.. But that's look odd. I mean it not that simple as it look. Inserting water from one nostril and out from another one. Should try it out.

I'm doing it. Start doing. everything becomes easy over a period. Nothing comes easily without practicing.

That's really great. Don't you feel awkward when it goes into nose. I mean don't you get breathing problem or something like that.

A strange question. Please refer back to my early thread wherein I said, with practice everything becomes easy.

Well, May be strange question for the one who doing it regularly. But not at all strange for the one who seeing it first time. lol. I was just asking about your experience.

I already said I was in Yoga since a long time. Jal Neti is a part of cleansing process to detoxify and flush out the internal toxins. It is one of the ways to clean the body organs. And they are known as "Shat Kriya."

Jal neti is really good. My mother does that frequently and she finds it good for nose. @akp you should try it but under supervision if trying it for the first time.

I could get rid of my chronic sinusitis with Jal neti..

My daughter has sinusitis but she is of 7 years. Will it be good if she does it.

The process of Jal Neti should be done under the guidance of a recognized Naturopath or a Yoga teacher for beginners.

So essence of this thread is to how to use Yoga to cure from stuffed nose, as it is normal practice and during child hood days in some classes this has been practiced by us, if I understand correctly what this term means.

Jal Neti is one of the Body detoxification process known as "Shat Kriyas" Jal Neti Means Water used for the purpose of cleansing through a sprouted container known as Neti container.
