WHO has opied against prohibition of alcohol. No doubt tis is undemocratic. This is also of no use. Kerala government has decided to introduce prohibition. They need consider views of WHO.

It's a well known fact that Prohibition doesn't help, which has been proved time and again that prohibition gives rise to more corruptive practices like growth of illicit practices. If Kerala government is introducing prohibition its in for more surprises.
