It is not the first time that parliament is without leader of opposition. But now the post of Leader of opposition is signifcicant for Lok Pal appointment and many other matters. Speme court is also considering this issue as a petition is lying.

The views expressed by Supreme court is one of logic which th Congress party never ever bothered to consider. But nw that they are at the receiving end they are going all out to use any and every menas to have some say in the governance. - typical double standards by a party that has always believed in selfish interests ..
