It's true. Memory which fades with age can be controlled with physical activity like Jogging. It need not be Jogging. Any physical activity will boost the memory.
Regular exercise can keep you healthy and a lot of diseases at bay there is no doubt about it.

A healthy mind can exist only in a healthy body. Not only jogging, but any physical exercise that improves the body health will produce an equal impact on the mental faculty.

Very true. Taking care of your body, automaticall it's implied, mind is taken care of. Different Asanas of Yoga, a brisk walk, jogging are some of the ways to boost memory and concentration.
Exercise is always good for our body and mind since it disvcilines both ! Jogging or any regular exercise is very essential for a healtrhy well balanced life esp these days when wee tend to sit and grow roots in front of TV or our computers...I am very thankful for commercial breaks which come every 15 mins when you watch any program and I amke it a point to get up and do some work, same with the net , take a break every now and then !
