Most days I have oats mixed with corn flakes, a banana or any fruit , honey and a glass of cold milk for breakfast.This is the easiest to prepare ,filling and nutritious and sustains me for a long time, sometimes until evening..
With a slight variation I too prepare the same Breakfast as that of yours. Difference is I don't add milk but water. I add a a small piece of Jaggery too.. It reduces the quantity of afternoon meals.
One can never have enough of water in a climate like ours..Jaggery of course is the better option, esp the locally made ones that are not so fine and are not very sweet...
There is a big Jaggery making belt just 25 KM away from my place. Yes its neither fine nor sweet. I view it as a replacement for sugar.
