I have noticed few persons skipping their breakfast in order to reduce their body weight, which should never be practiced. It will increase the body weight instead.

Very true ! It can cause an imbalance and people wanting to lose weight should not skip meals instead eat less , but more frequently so that there is continuus metabolism that burns calories !

Missing breakfast means you are missing the body’s general functioning or slowing down. Subsequently this slowing down of general functioning remains all along the day. And this is the root for increasing the body weight.
