There are some other criticisms as well with regrad to free water.Yeterday, there was a debate on this where many experts from water resources board joined in and they shared their concern over problems like managing inthe long run since all those who have connection can easily pay the charges and it is actually the ones without the connection that actually need free supply since they come from below the povery levels ! However, I am sure the AAP will consider all this and take steps to rectify the probable problems that might arise...
