A Pakistani soldier posted on Pak Afghan border has been stoned to death by local tribal community headmen for an affair with a woman. Obviously neither government nor courts have any role in North west border area of Pakistan.

It is no different in India where the village panchayat takes over and the politicians and the police look the other way ! There it is done by the muslims and here it is done by the hindus, that is the only difference !
Exactly in India too in villages I have heard of such incidents where the couple is burnt or killed for having in affair. May the percentage is low but still it happens in India too. :evil:
