Very nicely explained facts. Many a times people shut up because they are tired of urguing or convencing the other guy. Hence I would say that person should speak when it is necessary. Don't keep shut.
We should speak when necessary and logically. But when it is for nothing then better to be silent.
But sometimes our silence is treated as our weakness so we must be conscious and should not give a chance to someone think that we are weak that's why we don't speak. :evil:
