if a girl is suspected to be raped or gettin raped , then she has the supreme ryt to kill the man , injure his sexual part or harm that person as dangerously .. that girl wont be blamed fr murder ........

    You do not need law to take action against the rapist. You only need boldness. The rapist does not seek support of law. Whey should woman need law to teach him. She only needs boldness and courage. Just hit at his most vulnerable part and frustrate him. That is all.

    Law can be misused. My stress is that virginity is not more significant than life. Also virginity is not honor. When man remains unaffected and loses no honor, why should woman lose this so called 'honor' when she loses virginity or is raped.
    I believe that women should be aggressive and bold. They should form action groups to teach the rapists and molesters the way to behave. Let them be aggressive and not defensive. Let the rapists require security.

    Verbally saying something is not enough, it has to become a written law and also when a girl is pinned down by 4 strong men how can she defend herself? and after the deed is done they rapists are going to run away and even the police force has not been able to trace many of them, so what can the poor girl do? By the way whose picture is that?

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

    Is this really true or just suggestion. If it is true then it can be good though as said by @ usha if the number is more it will be difficult for the victim to manage.
