wow @ chinmoy has became a nutritional expert.. sharing very useful information.. most of us do know that what is healthy food but still don't eat them. Omega's are very rare elements and is found rich in fish so people who do not want to opt for non-veg can take cod level oil.. here is the link about its benefits
