Advance signals of getting fired

It may help my hubby as he always fear a job threat.
That much pressure exists in private banking sector.

Good Boss always gives signals and sometimes they directly warn their staff regarding their termination of service. In some cases, we need guidelines to guess it before. Thanks Gulshanji for sharing this link.

You have a free hand when self employed. But dealing with others is common. You have to interact with seniors, juniors, customers as an employee. even when self employed, you have to deal with customers/ clients and various other relevant persons. generally, if a person is unsuccessful as an employee, there is no guarantee that he will get success in some other company or even when self employed.

what is important to increase skill, efficiency and cultivate pleasing personality and maintain good and cordial relations with all. Self improvement is the key to success everywhere.

However, if the threat to job is owing to matters beyond control of the employee, he must change employer. Possibly, the management is not so efficient or facing some problems and may retrench some staff.
