Narayan Dutt Tewary Has Shamed the Country ,yet still remains shameless!

Narayan Dutt Tewari has been doing what others also do. But unluckily for him, the lady and his extramarital son proved hard nut to crack. He is doing what anyone in similar circumstances would do. His case reminds of the movie 'Trishul' in which Amitabh Bachan was the son born out of extramarital relations.

Tiwari is entitled to say what he likes. He says he has personal life that others should not interfere with. But the courts will definitely interfere if the aggrieved party makes petition. The press and media will also do the job of giving entertaining and spicy news to the people. Narayan dutt Tewari has enough entertained people with his conduct. All that Tewari needs to remember is that his affairs are no more private.

How come their bad jobs become their personal affairs where as they want to take credit of every thing else? This is some thing every one knew but he thought he would manage to keep DNA test out of it.

He must not feel shame.Where his shame gone when he did this type of bad work.Instead we people should be shame for what wrong things are happening in this world.

Tewari is innocent as he says. This does not mean that he had no relation with the lady. This relation was secret and personal. This was mutual. He had not raped her. Hence, he is innocent. Extramarital relation is not crime. Also this is secret. so not disclosing this is also okay.

What is wrong then. Usually, nobody goes for DNA test. A child is deemed to be child of lawful parents even if biological father may be some one else. Here the biological son moved court to ascertain by DNA test that he is son of N.D. Tewari. Thus, Tewari is right to say that he has been framed. He is not the only person who had extramarital relation with a woman. But others move freely. Thus he is right to say that he has been framed.

Now the son says he will move court for his right to Tewari's assets. As long as Tewari is alive, there is no succession and hence all money is his. Even after his death, he cannot be compelled to give anything to the said biological son by way of will. If the lady and son had not gone to court, they could blackmail Tewari. Now everything is publicly known and hence Tewari is immune from blackmail.

I don't understand why people willingly enter into such relationships which hampers prestige and honour. Why can't people meet each other formally and not personally. I am happy to know that he is dragged into the court and his secret is discovered infront of the whole world.

There are many revelations about Gandhi's experiments. Some books that revealed his such experiments have been banned. There are rumors about many others. But N.D. Tewari case is recent and he has been exposed in legal process. Let us not talk about Gandhi and others.

No matter what he says there are enough evidence against him and he will have to pay the price for what he has done either way...

Narayan dutt Tewari has been humiliated and his image tarnished. Yet the lady and the young man cannot gain anything easily from N.D. Tewari. They cannot get even a single penny from him without more court cases. The lady can still not be at par with lawfully wedded wife. Mr. Tewari is not bound to gift anything to his biological son. In fact, during his life time, he cannot be compelled to give anything to any one. Also he is free to write his will as he likes. He is not likely to bequeath anything to the lady and her son.

The only gain for the lady and her son is that they have defamed Tewari. But people's memory is short. even now, nobody here is talking about Tewari. This is no issue for people. After a year or so, everything will be usual and nobody will even refer to this matter.
