Yes many of the people become corrupt due to the demand of more and more money they want money in any sense this make him corrupt.

Yes of course as long as they are not ashamed announcing themselves openly that had income tax was applicable on bribe, they were the ones who would pay the most. When young ones listen to their boasting, they instantly take them for their role models.
